Here are some things you need to know to make this a smooth ride:

How to reach us: Email is the best way to reach your DJ to make changes or communicate. Should you misplace their contact info, just reach out to our main email at info@GainesEntServices.com

Availability: Everything with our team can be done via video chat or over the phone. If you want to meet in person, just let your DJ know. Most meetings are weekday evenings. Weekend meetings are typically not available due to our event schedule.

Emails from us: You will get various emails along the way. Some are reminders to do things like fill out your forms, others are offering a service you may not know you need right now, and some are helpful tips. One last thing, you will get an email from us AFTER the Wedding as well, and we love reviews :)

Sample timeline: Below you will find a link to a sample timeline. You can use it as a reference. Your coordinator will likely create one for your big day.

Meals (Weddings Only): We will eat our meal quickly and out of sight of guests.

Arrival/Set-Up: On a Wedding day, we typically arrive 1.5-2hrs before start time.Times vary for other event types.

Requirements: I'm sure you noticed in our contract...we don't need much. (1) six foot table, linen, and close proximity to power source. Easy stuff!

Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you! We typically see 15-20% tips if the DJ was outstanding.

Music:  If music is important to you, take some time to complete your online forms  (it's really easy).  Remember , we generally prefer that you give us the flexibility to read the dance-floor and select songs that will both vibe with your musical tastes AND get people dancing. You’re hiring us because we’re pros at this – we hope you’ll trust us to do an excellent job.
